Methodologies and Tools PDF

This section presents the tools developed by the project -mainly the "Sustainable Tourism Enterprise Mechanism" (SusTEn–Mechanism), and its distinct Components (systems, methodologies, guides, etc).

As you can see from the menu on the left, the main tools you can have access to are the following:

SusTEn Standard (pending)

Model System (based on the Standard's requirements, and adaptable to the enterprises' pre-existing systems. It provides guidelines for sustainable tourism enterprises).

Methodology for Rational Strategic Planning (in which attention is drawn to the main elements needed for rational design and execution of accions supporting sustainable tourism enterprises)

Base document + example of Veneto region

The case of the Balearic Islands

SusTEn Certification System (pending)

Professional curricula (presentation with the main professional curricula that should be considered when opening a sustainable tourism enterprise)

Sustainability Audit Methodology (pending)

Guide: Conforming to the SusTEn Standard (pending)

Methodology for Diagnosing Needs (case of Lyon and its application to the restauration sector on its way to sustainability).

Guide: SusTEn Business Plan (pending)

Documents are mostly in PDF format, and will open in a new window.

If you wish to know which partner developed what tool, you will find it browsing through the left-side menu bar (articles are organized according to the partner in charge of each tool's development).
